it's been 98 degrees here in DC this past week.
i couldn't believe how fast summer came. it broke my heart just a little.
the cherry blossoms are pretty much gone and the humidity is here.... :(
luckily, we had a big thunder storm last night
so the temperature today is much cooler. (yay!) hope this means spring stays just a little longer.
looking forward to the weekend because josh is taking me out for dessert,
we'll spend most of saturday in the park, dinner with friends,
and on monday, miss meg from nyc is coming in for a visit!
eeek! so excited to see her!
